Description
The assignment consisted of a house for a family of 4 members, in a continuous sector of the Coyhaique national reserve, with an east orientation where natural light should be allowed to enter.
A break in the volume is generated to generate a double-height articulating core.
The program is divided into two levels, on the first floor the public space which is a permanent connection between living/dining/kitchen; to the north a guest bedroom is incorporated; to the south the service spaces (wine cellar, loggia, woodshed).
On the upper level is the private space with a living room and 3 bedrooms all with views of the mountains.
