The property is located 15 kilometers from Puerto Ingeniero Ibañez, it has a spectacular view of Cerro Castillo, has
native forest, because of the existing geography it has flat areas, slope, rock characteristic of the area and one of its boundaries is the Estero Morales with more than 1 km long.

The area is rich in landscapes, culture, flora and fauna. More than 15 National Parks with world famous trails, snowdrifts, glaciers and unique geological formations such as marble cathedrals make the Aysén Region a unique attraction.
