The property consists of two roles that together make up 802 hectares. Two main rivers cross its interior with an extension of more than 10 km. At the same time it has approximately 1.2 kilometers of Ellis Lake shoreline.

The area is rich in fauna, with 48 vertebrate species, including 3 amphibians, 6 mammals and 39 birds.

The largest representation is of the herbaceous type, with 60% of the species in the sector, followed by the arboreal type with 27% and finally the shrub type, with the remaining 13%.
