The property is located 43 kilometers from Coyhaique, on Lago La Paloma lake which is part of a lake system with lakes Monreal, Desierto, Elizalde and Caro.

The shape of the lake is elongated and boxed in by mountains; its southern shore borders the Cerro Castillo National Reserve. The lake has a pier where you can sail to the property.

The property has approximately 250 m of lake shore and a stream runs through the property, it also has a cabin and barbecue typical of the area.
