The property is located 35 km from Coyhaique, accessed by route X-667. Its predominant vegetation corresponds to an area of lenga forests, among the shrub species are calafate and wild strawberries, among others.

Regarding its Fauna we can find the presence of puma, culpeo fox, red deer, chilla fox, chingue or skunk, among others. You can also find a large number of birds such as Magellanic woodpeckers, bandurria and geron or mallard ducks, among others.

It has great tourist potential as it is close to Lake Pollux, Lake Frio, as well as the Balmaceda Airport and the regional capital Coyhaique.
