The property is located 15 km from Chaitén, with more than 2 km of river border, on the property are built two cabins.

The river and Lake Yelcho are of glacial origin and its waters are emerald green. The river is surrounded by high hills and flows into the Pacific Ocean. The lake and river are known worldwide for sport fishing.

A few kilometers away is the town of Chaitén, a strategic point and gateway to Patagonia, surrounded by nature reserves, incredible landscapes and dreamed rivers.
