The assignment consists of the first Cowork (collaborative space) in the Aysén region, where an old house had to be recovered and generate collaborative and multinational workspaces inside.

A large multinational workspace with a stage for seminars and lectures was chosen.

Visually, a meeting and work room was attached to the large space, which incorporates the permeability and synergy that the space should have. The recreation and cafeteria terrace is separated by a half wall and its ceiling height which generates the circulation to the meeting room.

Its cone-shaped entrance directs the circulations towards the interior space through a corridor called “corridor of ideas” where its wall is transformed into a large showcase for its entrepreneurs.
