The property consists of two lots: lot A of 9.5 hectares and lot B of 0.5 hectares, which together total 10 hectares, located 30 km from Coyhaique.

Access can be by easement or by boat from the lake crossed.

Its fauna is characterized by rainbow and fario trout, Chinook and Atlantic salmon and different species of native fish.
