Fundo Queulat (“Sound of Waterfalls” in the language of the Chonos), in its interior is a Patagonian Andean forest where you can observe Magellanic coihues, Chiloé coihue, steppe, peat bogs and evergreen forest, crossing the Austral Highway is the Queulat National Park, a protected area and habitat of birds like the black woodpecker, condor and chucao, and animals like the pudú and puma.

The property is located 160 km north of Coyhaique, bordering more than 3 km of the shore of the Ventisqueros River, which originates from the melting glacier and flows into the Queulat Sound.

Access is by Austral highway and with a vehicular road in its interior. You can do different activities such as fishing, kayaking, lake excursions, trekking, horseback riding and flora and fauna observation.
