The property is located 12 km from Puerto Aysen, accessed by route X-528, surrounded by high snowy hills, lush vegetation give a perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor activities.

The property has interior trails, foundation project and soil study. Access is by roadside jetty approved by Bienes Nacionales.

Los Palos Lake with main tributary Tabo River and outflow of Los Palos River, which is navigable to the sea.

Activities include trekking, sport fishing, mountain biking, kayaking and navigation in the fjords.
